Our BCBAs work in local schools, supporting students where they learn every day. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, attend meetings, provide staff coaching, and collaborate closely with school teams. Your work is fully integrated into the school day and the school team, not a separate service layered on top.
What We're Looking For
A positive, collaborative mindset

Strong data collection and analysis skills
Interest in or familiarity with special education practices
BCBA certification and a Master's degree
What We Offer
$60–70/hour (based on experience)
Daytime hours, no weekends or evenings
Ten-month schedule with paid holidays and breaks

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a school psychologist to support a local school district in Will County. This role is primarily evaluation-focused. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, writing reports, participating in IEP meetings, and coordinating with school teams. This position does not include counseling or school-wide intervention support.
What We're Looking For
A positive and flexible mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with evaluations and report writing
Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent
Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement
What We Offer
Starting at $70/hour, 12-month pay schedule
School hours: 8 AM–4 PM, no weekends or evenings
