When students feel safe, they’re ready to learn
We know emotional well-being is directly connected to learning. When students feel safe, regulated, and supported, they're better able to participate, build relationships, and access instruction.
Our approach is practical and skill-based. When students are in crisis or teams need immediate support, we help schools stabilize the situation. From there, we help students build the skills they need to communicate, cope, regulate emotions, and participate more successfully in school.
We also help teachers and school teams build classroom systems that make those skills easier to practice throughout the day, from routines and transitions to reinforcement strategies and team-wide planning.
Support looks like on-site assessments, student support planning, data review, staff coaching, and direct service. Our clinicians work within your existing school systems, communicate with your team, and adapt support to the needs of each building.

We staff positions on a contracted basis, structured around what your district needs:
Multi-year contracts for districts looking for long-term staffing stability
Year-to-year contracts for districts with evolving or short-term needs
Full-time or part-time placements, depending on caseload
Every placement includes clinical oversight from a leadership team with 30 years of combined school experience, and we stay involved for the length of the contract. All clinicians are background-checked, fingerprinted, and covered by liability insurance before starting in your school, so onboarding is one less thing for your team to manage.
